1. How do I track my order?

You can check the tracking of your order by clicking on the floating chat icon located at the bottom right of our page. From there you will need to input your email address and order number

2. How do I know if my order was successful/ received?

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your order. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to process and ready for shipping.


3. Do you Ship Internationally?

Currently we only ship to Canada and US. We do not ship internationally however please subscribe to our mailing list as we will offer international shipping soon.


4. What is your exchange policy?

As our products are made custom from the moment you order it, we don't have the ability to accept or process any exchanges/returns at this time. We do not have the ability to accept returns at this time and thus we don't offer exchanges.

5. How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your, you will need to contact us through our Contact Us form within 1 hour of placing your order. Any attempts to cancel or modify your order 1 hr after submission will not be accepted as the order is sent to our fulfillment center for processing and shipment.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ApplePay & PayPal. All payments are transferred with a secure processing and encryption technologies. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards
